Hi again everyone, if you haven't been reading the Rift website/tweets/forums recently you may not have heard that people are having trouble getting their preorder beta codes from Amazon and Gamestop. Trion (who is currently amazing at customer service) has put in a fix for this so you can get your VIP pass in time for the Beta on Friday. They will flag your account manually for VIP access to betas (I mean really how cool is that). They have a great faq in their customer service section, but I will give the jist of it. Sadly I can't link it since I am stuck at work with limited access.

1. Go to their customer service section and press "Ask a Question"
2. Tell them your problem..IE preorder from Amazon or Gamestop etc..etc..etc
3. ATTACH the receipt of the purchase to the question. Scroll down you will see a place where you
can attach a file. BEST way I have found to do that is install a print to pdf application and then
just send them a PDF of the receipt.
4. Wait for their reply saying that your account has been flagged for VIP. My husband did this last
night and receieved a reply today saying that his account had been flagged.
